    以适量油爆香蒜头和烧肉,加入大葱头和黑豆豉,倒入调味料一同炒香。Heat up some oil in a pan and stir-fry the leek and roast pork belly. Add the onion and preserved black bean, then stir in the seasonings.

    Step 2

    倒入适量水,加入青蒜苗和红辣椒拌炒。Add some water and stir in the Chinese garlic sprouts and red chili.

    Step 3

    最后加入肉干片拌炒均匀即可。Add the slice meat and stir-fry until well combined.
